I've seen the commercial played a lot here in the SF Bay Area.
I think it is great! The first time I saw it I did not know that the Hemi was back in production so I thought they were talking about the Charger.
Then I figured it out. It's a great commercial! And I as most people can see that Dodge was making a point with having the Hemi back in production and not trying to portray anyone as dumb (guys in the car). I see them portrayed as surprised not dumb, as was I.
And critick as someone said before, if you think this site is dumb, why come to it? I was fooled at first as were the guys in the car, and I am not dumb. If you think I am and want to start comparing notes, lets see how far along in life you are. I'm ready to compare.
For those who love truck commercials; the Ford F-350 (7th diesel pulling the ice breaker) was my favorite until this one came out.
Major props to the Dodge Marketing Department, great commercial!

One day, I hope to see a commercial with either a Dakota R/T or a Hemi Ram (SR/T, maybe) sitting at a stoplight next to a Lightning, Silverado SS, or maybe an old Syclone ('91 GMC Factory Turbo 4.3L Sonoma, for those who don't know). Have them both revving their engines, taching up for the light and racing away, then cut to a side view of the Ram/Dakota and have it pulling a camper. As the Ram/Dakota passes the afforementioned opponent, a little girl looks down and waves at the driver of the other truck. That would be a badass commercial. HEY MARKETING, ARE YOU LISTENING???

lmao before that commercial came out me and my friend thought it'd be hilarious to see a video of these two vettes racing, stay with a good side view of the one winning, then at the end zoom out to see that it was being pulled by a dakota..

The new Dodge "Hemi" commercial is the best. They cast the two guys in the other car perfectly. Best commercial on TV, period.

Thats a good one, but the new one is better. Its the little boy sticker that you see on cars pissing on other car labels. When he trys to piss on the RAM it kicks his ass and chases him off at the end.
