Message: Eric,
Here is my email:
I picked up my new Viper hood emblem today and it has more of a curvature than the stock rams head. The curve gives the emblem less surface contact for the emblem's adhesive. I don't need the emblem coming loose at 70+ mph (Doh). Here are some of my ideas for filling in the space:
1. Use silicone, but how good of an adhesive is it?
2. Use Quicksteel, but when this stuff hardens it is pretty much permanent.
** These first two options have the ability to fix any shape I need.
3. Use a double sided tape similar to the one on the back of the emblem. The problems with this is that 1) the tape must be thin and 2) I have to be able to cut it to the shape I need.
If you have any thoughts or ideas on the matter I'd greatly appreciated it. How is that stick trick coming along??
What show???

Message: Congrats on the Durango kill!
The stick I used to hold my brake pedal was about 2 1/2 feet, 1/4" thick, and light weight. The length really depends on how far back you sit. I also storage the stick in the space between the driver's seat and driver's door. Putting the stick in this space made it real easy to get to when needed (damn inclines and declines).
Let me know what Scott recommends. Thanks
Eli
Oh, I can't make it this weekend. I have to study for two mid-terms on Monday and I'll be supporting my mom walking the Avon 3 day cancer walk.

Message: he said he just stuck it on there and it worked. he suggested if you have problems, you might want to use silicone or 3M adhesive
