Message: one other thing, I hear bernd and others say that intense filters are good for the v6 .. but nothing metioned about the 360 intake ? It comes with a heat shield .. intense doesnt...
So wouldnt that be of a greater benefit ?

Message: I would not spend a fortune on "cold air intake". The real story behind the cold air intakes is basicly the fact that they flow so much better. They realy do not make that big of a difference in intake air temp. If they really did what they claimed no one would ever bother with inter-coolers or after coolers!!!! THe whole cold air thing is mostly marketing hot air!!!! Our Dodges pull their air from between the front passanger side fender and engine compartment. It would be hard to get much cooler then that.
