Message: My HO cams are still in the packing. Plan on doing it soon, winter job.
But when you disassemble for the install, it should be obvious. One is longer than the other.

Message: johnc, Open the packaging and look at the
cams. One will be longer than the other. The
one for the passenger side is longer, because
it has a cam sensor target on it.

Message: Todd, Chipster, thanks for the replies.
Yea, I figured I'd be able to spot the difference once we're in there even if it means matching up the lobes. Just wanted a little 'insurance' to be safe.
Looking forward to the install. BTW, anybody have the rocker arms fall off like the FSM says beware of???

Message: Had the intake and exhaust fall off on the driver side back and they sat right back down no problem.
The cam on the passenger side is longer than the one on the driver side. About an inch or so.

Message: I had one rocker fall off on my second cam... talk about second guessing the first one... But I started it up after and it was fine... Good luck with the install... it is not hard if you pay attention to the details...
