2 days ago .. i was driving down the highway about 120 km's and i had my "air" on .. I dont have AC. And as im driving something flies up the middle vent *where the windshield is* and hits my rearview and falls on the floor ! I pick it up and its a small black screw !!!! Where the hell would that of came from !?
Anyone have an idea !!

I guess no one has any idea ? Where a small 1/4 inch black screw would fly out of in the vent?
Any insite would be helpful.

Install any cheap aftermarket parts lately? Maybe its having parts rejection and spitting it back out at you :)

If the screw didn't just fall into the vent or was lost in there from the factory, the only place I could find that it could come from was the evaporator fan. There may be other places but I couldn't find them in the service book. If that's where it came out of,unless I had a big reason to tear into it, I would put it up. The heater/ac housing doesn't look fun to remove. If it's under warranty, get it fixed. This is not a job for the faint of heart.
