Any TSB's on the 01 5.9 auto trans as far as not shifting out of first gear at WOT.
I thought there was some valve body upgrade but couldn't find it here or on the MDS for the 01.
Just started doing this, however has always had a funny 3-4 shift - very short time between the two on light throttle. (could be 2-3 instead of 3-4 don't really remember).

No offical TSB, but many other 2001 46RE trannys have had this problem, your dealer should be able to fix this for you. I had that problem, the dealer aready knew about this from other customers. I had many performance parts, they did the work under warrenty. It's the valve body, springs and adjustments.
