I heard that if you have a 96 or newer vehicle , they are gonna start testing vehicles by just plugging into your computer. Is this true ?
Where do they plug into , the PCM ?
I bought my R/T Nov. 98. Just got the title last month. Anybody know when I`m gonna get my 1st test ?
I wanna build the snot outta my R/T , possibly to 408. I HAVE TO PASS. I`ll even pay 450 for a waiver. I live Chicago area.

Yea, newer vehicals will have have emissions testing through PCM..

So is that a good thing for a motor with a big cam and heads and stuff ? I have a Roe controller too. Do I need to hide it ?
