They have the production numbers for 98 and 99 R/T's broken down into cab style and color at the FAQ section of www.dakotart.com but there have been no official numbers posted for 2000 and up dakotas.

They posted the 2000 production # a couple months ago
fire red rc=220 cc=800
Bright white rc=117 cc=553
intense blue rc=137 cc=530
black rc=321 cc=1164
amber fire rc=46 cc=165
solar yellow 89 rr&cc combine
total=4142 r/t om 2000
Got that off the delphi forum from HSKR

I've got a reg, cab 2000 R/T amber fire with a bench seat, now there's something you won't see every day, oh yeah it's only got 20,000km, thats about 13000 miles, never seen salt snow or rain( well got caught in the rain a couple of times.)

I think 2000 was the last year the R/T was considered a limited production because the topped way over 5000 in 01,02,03 but you can check the deplhi forums they may have something on it or contact the r/t club I am member #823.

Ya dont see an amberfire r/t with a bench seat every day? maybe casue the color is ugly... anyway after 99 they all came with a split bench seat. the most limited run was for the 98 Intense blue, 32 reg cab...
