Is it possible or worth it to remove my egr setup when doing the M-1 intake? It would be easier to buy headers? Is there any benifit, will I be able to trick my pcm?

I have to stay emissions legal. So I have the egr M1 and egr headers also.
My fix was to put a bb into the vac. line to block the signal to the egr valve it self.. Thus, no "working" egr and no codes.
