I put a new IAC valve in and it ran fine drove it back and forth to work then it stalled now it won't start it's acting like it's flooded.

Can't flood. You have an MPI engine, not carbureted. Did you reset the PCM when you pput the new IAC in? That's the only way the PCM knows how far in or out the IAC pintle is. When the PCM is reset, upon restart, it forces the IAC to put its pintle all the way in and then backs it out until the PCM determines that the correct idle has been reached. This works on the basis of vacuum, not fuel.

What else did you do when you installed the new IAC?
