I've heard really good things about the BG flash that's
what I'm gonna do next week. Although mine is a 5.9L
v-8 I would call dave and ask him

go to www.bgchrysler.com and call them and speak to
dave kasper he'll be able to tell you the best one I'm not
sure but i don't think there's a flash out for our trucks.

anybody know?

ASE or kenne bell optimizer II, take your pick.
there have been a few people get the
optimizer II, and KB even includes it with their
supercharger. ASE has been proven not to
work, on at least one occassion. my
preference would be the optimizer II. call
them and they can mail you an info package,
its a great package, very informative.

The Z-tube doesn't have a stage I, II it's just Z-Tube the only options are filter size or you can add a stage III cold air box for the intake.

Back to your question though, I would finish all the other mods you have planned before you get the flash done that way you take full advantage of all the mods you installed. That going on experience of others not mine personally. I still have a couple of things left to do first.

Good Luck on whatever you decide,
Michael

Your only real option is the OptimizerII - B&G and mike leach can't/won't flash anything newer than a 2000, and nothing else works.

ASE, B&G, and (maybe) the Jet Stage-II...but that's about all that's available for the moment.

If you want just a generic upgrade: Jet Stage-II. If you want custom stuff, be prepared to pay the price (ranges are $400-$600 for a custom flash).
