I have a 99 Dakota 318. I am wanting more power and speed from my truck. My question is.... Should I swap out for a 360 or should I build up the 318 ? How far can I build up a 318 compaired to a 360? What parts should I get? My engine is stock except for a 210/220 cam .........

if your pocket is as deep as a well, go get a 360 and build it up. for the price of getting a 360 and build it up, you can have one nasty 318

I know some people that has delt with KRC. They said he was crap ..... he doesnt do any of the work himself... he SENDS OUT head and other machine work to oher shops then tacks on his charge. As for cash to spend .... I dont want to do everything at once but I dont want to waste money buying one item that wonk work well without something else .......

Best bang for the buck is the 360. More cubes , more power, more parts. Build one up in your garage while you drive the snot out of the 318!

I have been pondering the idea but I cant seem to find performance parts other than in the mopar book . I dony trust their pistons, bearings and such.
