I've used both, from my stock setup I when with the Airraid system, and it performed well utilizing the stock air box.
But when I switched to the 70mm TB I purchase the 4" z tube from Intense Performance and really noticed a throttle response difference, (not to mention it sounds better.)
If I had to choose between them now, it would continue using the z-tube from intense

Intense performance is the way to go. I have the Stage III for mine 5.9L Durango. The throttle response increases, the HP increases, the sound is awsome.
