Message: talk back at me, tell what have you done to the truck and mods. give me a better information on what is happening. does it do it hot cold. what size engine, does it ever go away? i have seen cars that ran like crap but all the sensors were fine, turned out to be wire harness. but i don`t think it is the problems. i think you over looked the problem and just didn`t see it. is the problem worse in the cold. could be ac cycling. check all your vacuum lines, could be holes in them causing poor performance.

Message: I had a problem similar to that. When I punched it in park (or neutral) it would fall flat on its face. Cleaned the tb, no more problem.

Ive checked the vacuum at idle(17 in Hg). Belly pan gasket is good. It does it hot, cold, always at the same time like it is adjusting the fuel or timing curve. Once it does it, it will run fine and go where I drive it, but it does seem sluggish.

Message: is your throttle respone slow. like if in gear and you floor it does it respond well or it stumbling. if all sensors new, plugs, wires, injectors,tb check out ok, maybe your timing chain isn`t tensioned right or worn out streched. causing the hesitation. who knows now i`m just comming out of left field. how many miles on it?

Message: I had a similar problem and the dealer reprogrammed the computer and now its better. I know, I know..dealers say reprogramming fixes everything and it actually doesn't, but this is one that actually made some diff.

Message: Plugs are only weeks old, cap n rotor done in June, and I installed the timing chain tensioner and new chain in July. I am leaning toward the PCM but its big bucks to put forth and it not fix it. The dealer said if it is not punching any codes, they cannot help me to much. At $50 an hour, NO Thanks. Ill keep trying myself. Ill keep posting and watching the site, and someone will give me the answer
