Subject: How do I remove idler arm/end links? IP: Logged
Message: I stripped my idler arms in a very horrible way, but I have replacements now. I checked my manual to see how they come off and it shows them just coming off. I hate manuals sometimes. My dad's known to call Toyota directly and ask how to do something. I was wondering if anyone here knew how these things came off, thanks.

Message: What part are you talking about because the steering system in your truck doesn't use idler arms.

Message: Are they called just "end links" then? They are those little pieces that connect the sway bar to the lower arm.

Message: Swaybar links. What problem are you having? Stuck in the bottom at the control arm? You will have to pound it out with a hammer. I actualy haven't done them yet.
