Message: Yeah, I have an R/T and somehow ended up
with an Airaid intake. I wished I had the K&N
because Airaid retains factory airhat and
accordian tube while K&N is a complete new
unit from filter to airhat which bolts to TB, and,
includes heat shield. Get the K&N. Everybody
else did.

Message: I went with one from www.turbocity.com and i am very pleased. Very solid construction and the twin 5" round k&n filter really suck in some air

Message: Don't get the Airaid...I had one on my R/T and it got super hot to the touch. If I were you I'd get the K&N...plus the K&N comes w/ an airdam to keep out the hotair from the engine. Either the K&N or Mopar Performance intake kits are the same.
