 Subject: rough running

my R/T dakota was running gough last week. I took it to a small repair shop downtown and the mechanic told me it was the thermal nuclear potentiometer. It cost $423.72. It is running good now but i think i was ripped off. Does anyone know what this would cost.

i think it has something to do with your fuel pump. No idea on price but a friend of mine told me his truck was running rough once and he turned the oil filter a half a turn tighter and it fixed it. wierd.

He probably just changed the carbon-fiber muffler bearings you have to do that about every 10,000 miles
