It's been several months of trying to get the 3.9 out and the 360 in my 99 kota so far out twice with 3.9 in twice with the 360 and out twice with the 360 and back in with the 3.9.Well I have to say that G.M. has the engineering hands down!!! This dodge sh!! is a joke! I've been a mechanic for a good many years and can't figure this thing out,even Bernd gave up on me a while ago (I think)I have a 360 out of 99 durango along with the trans,pcm,body and engine harness and it will not plug into my dakotas chassis harness but dodge says it will "B.S IT WILL".My last resort is trying to find a 318 engine harness which should plug into the dakota and the 360 seeing that the 360 externally is the same,(MAYBE)So any insight to how to make this swap work would be a HUGE help and if anyone has a engine harness for a 99 dakota 4x4 auto a/c cruz and 318 laying around let me know! THANKS GUYS! BILL
