Subject: 3923 Questions IP: Logged
Message: Two questions, before I get started with my new 3923's.
First, what should I gap them to?
Second, Gasket or no gasket?
I have a 2002 3.9.
Thanks in advance!
Mike

Message: Same problem here ,with 3923's @.045" I got a crappy idle , a stumble off idle and lost 1.3mph in the 1/8.
I am having good luck with 5224's @.045" , it has a smoother idle and is up .6-.8mph in the 1/8 over the OE Champions.

Message: They worked great for me! But now they are starting to cause problems, such as a weak and rougher than normal idle, and stumbling off the line, as well as hard starting a few times. I'm thinking I might go one heat-range hotter than stock when I replace them this weekend.

Message: I put them in mine and noticed a rough idle, stumble off the start, and reduced mpg. They did get rid of my knock problem though.
Gonna try something else.
