I just took my 01' QC 4x4 in for a 22,000 check up and they said that I need to service all my drive line parts, at $400! It has never even seen mud yet, how could it be so bad this soon? Hell how tough would it be for me to change the oil in all those parts? Plus I could put in Red Line! Anyone know of where to find Red Line oil at a good price?

Hello,
I would get a second opinion. I NEVER take my dak to dealership for any kind of routine maintenance. I have a local shop I've gone to for years to all the maintenance, until I start to do it myself. The only thing I go to the dealership for is warranty repairs. Everything else, they tend to rip you off, and do a lousy job (just my experience).

I'd just pay them whatever they want and walk away with the peace of mind and satisfaction of knowing that the dealer can do NO WRONG. EVER.
