Is it possible to use a Shaker hood with K&N filter in conjunction with a supercharger? I know the supercharger is forced air induction, but does it need a different air intake? What about an intercooler? Which of these can you make work together to get the best HP increase?

i have seen 1 truck with a powerdyne SC and a shaker hood.. i beleve some modifications are requried to make it work.

all superchargers come with high flow filters, but the filter that comew with the powerdyne is too small. to get the most out of it, get a bigger filter. i beleve the vortechs, kenny bell's and paxtons are ok.

the same theroy alpies to SC's as NA engines. to get the most power, locate the filter so that the coolest air can get to it.

krc offers a intercooler, but it is a lot of money. for the price, you can get a set of heads, and get more power out of them than the intercooler.

Injection is nice, but i'd rather be blown ~Eric~
