Message: A whistle? Hmm... you don't have a cold air intake with a K&N cone on it do you? Those create a 'sucking' noise at certian RPMS.
Probally my advice would be to get a friend and pop the hood. Have the friend vary the RPMS on the engine and see if you can identify where the sucking is coming from. Heck, with the hood up you might be able to hear it at idle...
I'd be checking the air intake from the filter to the TB, and the vacuum lines to see if one is loose. Other than that, more information (like where the noise is) is really needed to be specific. Good luck!
