I have read that the 4bbl. manifold is high hp/ high rpm oriented, but has an optional 2bbl. mounting plate. I read about a guy that was getting one for a top end power boost on a blown motor. Considering that it would be in a durango I would go for the 2bbl. (if you plan on it staying all motor) to keep as much low end as possible.

4bbl requires more work to install.

Stick with the 2-bbl. You'll need all the low-end you can save. You will lose some low-end with either setup, but you'll lose less with the 2-bbl. I recommend installing the large turtle from Jeff Arnold in the intake. This helps restore some of the low-end loss.

F&B is the best, and yes you should look at a TB with your M1-- It all works great together.

I sell F&Bs...checkout my webpage.
