Subject: clear corners IP: Logged
Message: i am in search of a company other than apc that makes clear corners for a dakota. I have went through 2 sets of apc clear corners all resulting in leaking of water.

Message: This is what you do when you buy clear corners, you go get that rubber cement, the clear kind and before you install them spread the glue on the parts where the cover meets the plastic, and let it dry. Trust me It will work.

Message: I have the same problems with my APC's they fill up with water and then they turn black. Not exactly the look I desired.

Message: The reason they leak is because the MFG sucks and is doing a sloppy job, I sell lights all the time, but stock aftermarket ones and I know that some of them are cheaply maid and leak, but that is the reason I recomned use the glue, and they leak wont happen.

Message: I've even heard drilling small a pinhole in the bottom helps to keep moisture from building up and help drain the water
