 Subject: breaking up and popping

hi everybody i have a problem with my blown 5.2 w an auto tranny when i give it full throttle in first and it shifts into second at like 5200rpm it backfires and pops out of the exhaust, also sometimes when i am getting on it the engine breaks up a lot. could this be my valves floating thanks for all your help

It has something to do with timing. Ck your distributer counter weights and springs, also could be a weak or cracked coil.
