 Subject: HELP gibson dual sport on 02 QC

I just ordered the dual sport s.s. exhaust. Does anyone have this exhaust and if so, do you need to remove the spare tire or can you get around this? If so I think I am going to cancel it and go with the sweptside. I called gibson and they said I need too remove it on a 4x4. I have a 2002 qc, 4.7 4x4.

I've been getting ready to order a gibson as well. The Dual Sport is a twin output that follows the path of the stock exhaust, just like the Swept Side. The Split Rear will need to have the spare removed on a 4x4... Which did you order?

the dual sport. If you look on the website it says you need to remove your spare tire. I called gibson and the tech guy told me you have to, but he said it might work if you push the tire over.
