Message: Dave,
Luckilly I haven't had to deal with the EGR issue you speak of (yet), let's be honest in about a month or so our trucks will be 8 model years old!! Maybe they should be put out their misery :-) Actually if I remember correctly the cam only cost between 60-80 bucks, not bad, cheap since it's only a 4 banger, I can't tell exactly how much of a gain I got from it since the same day we did the cam we did a lot of other crap (advanced timing, etc.) Good Luck my friend.

Message: The cat was clogged, Jesse. That made the backpressure incredibly high, enough that the motor could not go oner 2000 rpm. The egr on my truck is run off backpressure so it kinda killed that part. The egr is now fixed :)
But, the sputtering and almost dying has continued. I changed my fuel filter. Still there. I've put some injector cleaner in it. That may work. I'm going to check the plugs tommorow morning to see if they are okay. I haven't bought the cam yet, I spent 70 bucks on the egr assembly. But I'll get it once I get this problem worked out.
Wanna go to kennedale friday night Jesse?

Message: 15 bucks to race. Wish I could go to heat wave with ya. lol Too bad we can't be in two places at once. I thought about gettin some R/T wheels. I have the cash now but since you got em I may leave em to you. Might be kinda weird if we got a bunch of us d/fw daks all rollin' on the same wheel. lmao
I usually go out to Kennedale on thurs but I didn't go this week yet so I thought about tonight. Holla at me next week and maybe we can go out there. I'll e-mail you my #

Message: I don't think the Kameleon would look dat good on mine. I have been lookin for somethin in the neighborhood of chrome 18s. Somethin' up your sleeve, eh? I had a friend with an Accord that he had his dad paint it platinum silver with blue pearl and then used House of Kolors blue kandy to paint the wheels. Looked pretty cool.
