I was just crusining the air intake sites and Volantperformance has a new closed box intake for the new 2002 Ram w/ 4.7L, looks sweet...........

that looks like a pretty interesting design, has anyone dyno tested it or does anyone know if it makes any horses or increase in mpg?

It picked up about .25 in the 1/4 mile for me. I figure that's about 8-10 hp. Maybe a bit more.

I just took the Volant off My 4.7 Quad, changed it to the K&N drop in replacement If I remember right I paid $ 218.00 US for it 3,000 miles on the filter make me an offer start at less than half price.
Gibson headers, Gibson Cat-back, Edelbrock IAS shocks, K & N drop in, 180 stat, Jet stage II chip, ARE Lid

You may want to go to EBAY and list your intake for auction. THere is a good demand for air intakes for the 4.7L on EBAy. We have our own ebay store for Dakota/Durango intakes and the 4.7L intakes sell quite often.
Also, for those of you who have other parts for sale, EBay is a good place to get rid of them.
