Since I was getting tired of everyone with there TT packages that only fit 4.7's and have an intercooler that is the size of my thumb nail, I decided to come up with my own package and its almost complete.

TA-49 turbo with a home made cooling system. The empty space where the other turbo goes (the right side) Is where a buddy of mine, and I, put together a cooling resivour to, obviously, keep the turbo running more cool.

Ill have pics up asap.

I had just been gettin sick and tired of the piddley sh-t with the TT garbage going on... Just too damn hot underneath there for 2 turbos and not enough room for cool air.

TT packages for the 4.7L? Theres probably only one guy in the U.S. with a turbo on his 4.7L. It's cool that yer building your own though.

Don't know who is building a TT package with an intercooler "the size of your thumbnail"...but the kit we are almost done with, has a liquid-air intercooler rated for up to 1000HP. (Size does matter on an intercooler so you don't want to go too big as you'll have too much lag on initial boost...but going too small will not cool the air as efficiently.)

Whats the timeframe for the 4.7L Twin Turbo? It might be worth it to me to pick up a 2wd 4.7 5-speed in a couple years if the twins work out. That and if the 5.7L turns out to be a dream (to expensive for me to get an empty 2wd and drop a 5.7L). But again, we're talkin like 2 years away. I gotta get my current beast paid off. :)
