After pulling out of my girlfriend's driveway. My truck seemed pepier. So I mashed the gas a little and a little more. I noticed more throttle response and through mid range where I would normally feel the engine working hard there was just more power and I went with it. I could feel the power rolling on with ease. Felt good. My 4.7 likes the FM TB. It took 279 miles before my pcm learned new variables. I also had a pinging at first but that is gone now.

do you notice any pedal vibration when you get up around 2500rpm? got a cold air intake? just trying to help isolate the problem i seem to be having...

If you have the stock 4.7 air hat and can incorporate that into your cold air intake the vibration would cease.

I haven't noticed any vibrations at all. I have IP Z tube 9" big mouth, Autolite 3923s, 68mm Fastman TB, Flowmaster. Those are all my engine mods for now.
