You can e-mail Kenne Bell Racing @ kennebell@kennebell.net. Victor Cruz will e-mail you back. The cost of my flash was $349 back in march. It took about 3 1/2 weeks turn around but that was due to the fact that I'm in Germany and have a stinkin' APO mail address. In the states the expected turn around time is 3 days.
I don't know if it's the best but for all I need here in Germany on Auto-Bahn it works great.
On my 02 Dak 4.7 I gained 30 hp and moved the speed limiter from 115 mph to 135 mph.
