i am going to buy a mopar pcm for my '93 dakota...i know i can't tow with it on but can i take it out and put my other one back on once a month to tow something? if so how long does it take to do this?

I got one for my 95 used for $100. The list for over $269 so I got a good deal. 3 screws mount it to the fender, one bolt through the plug, takes about 5 minutes to change it out.
