 Subject: Intense vs. 360 intakez

I just have a quick question...
Based on peoples experience and materials each use, what do you guys think about how the intense intake vs. the 360intakez.com Intake for the 3.9 v6 ? ? Are both Equal performance wise ? And durablity/materials?
I ask because I think 360 use's a K&N filter but I think Intense does not ?
Bottom line... Which is better based on the facts?
Any feed back is appreciated.

The 360 is bulletproof. Built like a brick $hit house, very durable, buy it.
