I have a 5.9 engine. Thats a bigger engine than a 4.7 engine. Bigger engines are better. I get bad gas mileage sometimes but its worth it because my engine is bigger and has more torque than a smaller engine. Small engines suck. Anybody with a smaller engine is an idiot. I refuse to race people because my engine makes lots of torque so I would beat them anyway. My truck is not slow because it has lots of torque. I don't rev my engine hard because the peak torque is at 3100 rpms. I won't put my truck on a dyno because it has so much torque that it would break it. I have a quadcab 4x4 but I know it will go fast because it has the same engine that an RT has. It doesn't need to rev any higher because it has so much torque. I raced a guy with a 4.7 the other day but my lane at the bank was faster. The teller for my lane must have a 5.9 engine also because she looked like she liked torque. As soon as I get my belly pan gasket fixed I'm gonna find somebody with a smaller engine and show them my torque. My 5.9 engine is the best engine because they started making this design 35 years ago. Anything that old must be better.

"Turbo charged" sounds sooo cool when I say it to myself. I think I want a turbo whatever that is. It totally sounds cool. I am going to get one put on my truck. Are they hard to install? Will i have to burn 89 octane? I burn 87 gas now and only get pinging sometimes on uphill roads.
I want to put on a turbo myself! Or get my dealer to do it. Will that void my warranty? I so ready to have a turbo charged truck that I can taste it!! Damn this is going to be cooler than anyone else in my town can imagine!!
Hurry up turbo guys!!! I can't wait for your company to hurry up and make a turbo kit for my truck!!!! When will the turbo's be ready???? Will my 0-60 improve with a turbo? I mostly go to the grocery store and Wal Mart. But I want to get there faster. I hope this turbo kit will make my truck faster on the way to Wal Mart.

Hi there. I'm really anxious to find out the answer to my question that everybody else has asked about 500 times already. Since I'm so anxious, I'm going to post the same exact question in every section of this forum as well as on every single other forum I visit. That way the same pathetic no-life having people that read all the different sections of this forum as well as the other forums will have a chance to answer the same exact question about 20 different times. Its very true that I won't be able to keep up with all of the answers, but due to the power of cut and paste I was able to spam the entire array of forums I visit with the same exact verbage for both consistency and redundancy.

What is the proper torque spec for the spark plugs, lug nuts and oil drain plug?
You better answer within the next 3 minutes or I'm gonna post that same question again in about 20 different places.

I am just going to run a small ad for Amsoil products. AMSOIL has been in business for about 150 years, but nobody uses Amsoil stuff except for Amsoil salesmen who thought it would be a good idea to start selling Amsoil.
So what I'm saying here is please buy some Amsoil products or I will have to keep driving this crappy AMC Pacer that has Amsoil products in every hole.
Now I will post a link to some vague government document that talks about some test where Amsoil was proven to have 1.7% more viscosity than Pennzoil.

What's the best way to remove my speed limiter? I was going 117 mph on the way to work the other day and the damn thing just shut off.
WTF??
I am going to try and turn the key to start and then hold it there and then drive 125 mph with one hand on the wheel and one hand on the key.
That sounds like a great idea!!

I relocated the IAT sensor to one of my air conditioning vents. Now I just turn on the Max A/C and it makes a spare 45-50 hp at the rear wheels!!
My G-Tech says I am hitting 13.87 @ 142mph. 5 runs in a row!!!! Damn I am good!!

I raced a ricer today. It was awesome. I smoked her hard. I smoked her fast. Poor old lady didn't stand a chance with my 2.5 4 banger with 5 speed transmission.
If I install a rear spoiler on my tailgate, will that make my truck go faster?
How many more squrills will I need to make my truck go faster?
What is the difference between the air that I must pay .25 cents for to fill my tire up, and the air that is free at most gas stations.
Speaking of air pressure for tires, is there a difference between winter air and summer air? If I use summer air in my tires during the winter months, will I get my truck to go faster? How much HP will I gain?

Which oil is best? Dino or Synthetic? How does it compare against ___ and ___ and ___. I want to drive my truck ten years without an oil change because I'm broke. I spent $10,000 in aftermarkets (only the best products at the best prices) and now I am worried that I won't spend the right $200 per year on oils, lubes, and filtration to protect my asset. Your oil is too D amn expensive. Are Amsoil filters the "best"? Bernd told me xxxx, and Sandman don't like you or your product either. Where can I get it on the shelf? I hate Amsoil because it blew my engine up. Thats right....I first started using Amsoil in 1991. That was the last time I ever changed my oil.
That person told me I never had to change my oil again if I switched to Amsoil...so I did. Back in 1991. So here it is, 11 years later and my engine blew up. Had to have the truck towed to Buckys garage and he told me so himself...Amsoil blew my engine up.
Don't buy Amsoil....it will blow your engine too

Which oil is B-E-S-T? I think Redline is ...because I can use it and "redline" my tach. Isn't that why it's called redline? Or is it? How about Mobil1 ? My favorite NASCAR driver has a Mobil1 decal on his car. That is PROOF POSITIVE Mobil1 is THE BEST !!! If your oil is so great how come I can't buy it at Walmart? Walmart Rules! They sell everything. I was at a stop light like three cars behind this Lightning (I have a 3.9 truck). I was revving and revving. All the people around me were like freaking out and saying "Wow, he's an idiot. Hope that motor don't blow." But I just kept revving and revving.
When the light turned green, the Lightning driver just drove away normally. i was swerving back & forth and dodging in and out of cars. Right as I got up beside the Lightning with my motor hitting the rev limiter at 4700 rpm, he looked over and was like "What the hell is that kid's problem?"
Then he turned into Burger King and I flew past him. I'm pretty sure I got to 45 mph before he did, so I smoked him pretty good.
Damn this 6 is fast!!!!!!!
I am the king, dammit!!!!

Alex, lots of people come to this website for information. You seem to knwo a lot of information, but a lot of the time you just make a smart-ass comment which is funny but not really helpful. We hate it when you do that because we depend on this website and only this website for answers. We also have a tendency to believe everything anybody posts and will take you completely at your word.
We have no sense of humor when it comes to questions that we post and we don't want to run a search first. We also read only the very last response to the post. We hardly ever follow the thread and figure out that a lot of the time you are just joking. Then we take the time to write a post complaining about smart-ass responses.
We also refuse to use Google to find out some basic things about the subject matter at hand.
