irwindale is open every thursday, until 10:00
pm, 1/8th mile only. good track, lots of people.
Cal speedway has test and tune on certain
weekends, but you have to check the website
for dates www.californiaspeedway.com
1/4 mile.

Carlsbad raceway in Carlsbad, CA is open 1 pm racing at 2pm every Saturday. We are having the Southwest Shootout (informal) July 6th at Carlsnad... July 5th (after 4pm) we are having a BBQ at my place.

The California Speedway in Fontana is having some 1/4 racing on June 22&23rd. I'll probably be there on Sunday with a few buddies, come out if you can.

Just show up... the shootout is an informal gathering so to speak. If you came down Friday night, you could swing by my place and get to know a few people (mostly guys with RTs... I've had 6 Dakotas, 3 of them RTs, and don't care what you have, as long as it's a Dakota. :)
Carlsbad requires long pants, and a snell approved Helmet. Oh yeah, and a roll cage if you run better than 11.00 :P
