i have 2 15x8 american racing black daytonas and today at the tire shop a ford race team dumped off like 35 of these hoosier 10.0/27 15 stock car slicks with alot of tread left so i took a set. these tires look awfly wide and wondering if the will fit on my 2002 dakota on these wheels. if they don't fit no biggy, i didn't pay for them. i will be using these for drag racing not auto cross racing.

i had the 27/11.5/15 on my stock 15X8s so they should fit fine

i checked the hoosier web site and they said the 27/11.5-15 quick time pros have a second with of 11.2 inches on an 8" wheel and the circle track tires i got have a section width of 13.2 inches on a 10" wheel. can any one help me. i just checked the hoosier street tires and it says a 295/50-15 has a section width of 12.2 inches. does anyone run that size on the back of a dakota?
