Well I just want to apologize for the outburst and the bashing of this company I was just pissed and I should've waited to call first.
But I did call and apparently the heads he took to the Mopar show were the ones that were suppose to be shipped to me...they had 2 sets of heads w/ my name on it, I just got the 1.92 non-ported heads by mistake that were someone elses.
I know these things happen in a business swamped w/ orders & and probably should've known that and kept it to myself but instead I chose to vent. Again sorry for the negitivity I'm sure everyone else that ordered from this company has nothing to worry about

It seems every time someone does vent like that about a company, (which I'd be pissed to and don't blame ya) a few days later you hear about an apology post.

But the point is you should try and settle things with the other person first then scream bloody murder second. He didn't even realize that he got the wrong order until after he raised hell on the forum.

mistakes happen, if it is not corrected promplty and kindly with a warm fuzzy smile from the company saying, we goofed, we will fix it for no charge
then all is well and we all go on being happy to give them business, if you get screwed over and they say well we sent you what you got so get bent, send it back and we can fix it but we need you to pay the shipping and crap and then we will do the same run around and send you bad stuff again, then there is need for warning and venting and laucnhing of bomb and the light sabers going VWING VWING and a army sporting AR-15s being sent to violate their most private areas, then taking away their soda pops and making them eat their vegtables,
but since it all worked out

Don't wuss out on us ;) The original post could have been worded in a better manner but it was necissary. As for the guys who say its tough to run a biz and that is reason enough for the crap you went through, hey, don't bite off more then you can chew :) Because its tough don't mean its ok to fugg up like that.
After all the crap listed that you went through, all krc had to say was that the heads were ported. He didn't address the other problems listed. Correct me if I'm wrong, I could have missed one of the fifty thousand threads on this.
