Message: Getting ready to order the Crower 1.7 roller rockers. Would a rocker kit be better to install than just rockers? Just a street machine, no racer. I just want to make the V6 a little bit better.

Message: I installed mine last weekend too. The only problem I have is keeping my foot off the gas. They are great. I went with the regular ones since I won't be seeing 5500 RPM a lot if at all.

Message: I have heard lots of people state that there rockers need adjustment or start knocking all the time. What's the deal? How reliable are rockers?

Message: Yes the rockers need adjustment... When you put them on! They're an adjustable rocker, not a slap on part like the stock rockers.
They do make more noise than a friction style rocker.
Much more reliable than a high rev with a non-roller rocker. The Crower's are the highest quality available-- Plus now you can order with needle bearing tips!!!
I've sold quite a bit of these, plus use them myself (45k+ miles and going).
