Which computer is in the 2002 Dakotas with the 4.7L? Is it one like the OBD II where you can buy a programmer to change the Air/fuel ratio and timing or what?

one that only a handfull of people in the world can program the A/F mix. ob2 to read trouble codes

jj are you sure about that? I've been reading that 2001 and greater, no one can program it yet. I would be thrilled to find someone that can do it!
