Message: Its probably the dual exit exhaust, due to lack of back pressure. I've heard of valves being burned out because of it. Although, i get hesitation after my truck sits for a few hours, but its only from a dead stop.

Message: what size pipes do you have running out the back from the muffler? i agree with TommyBoy, it sounds like loss of back pressure and subsequent loss of low end torque (attn DML guys: i'm learning!)

Message: Try something simple first, run a bottle of fuel injector cleaner through it first. And see if that clears it up, a clogged injector will cause hesitation.
