Message: Stay away from the Jet. If Mopar makes a PCM for your ride, that would be my 1st choice. If not, get the Hypertech PTM.

The Jet Stage-II works very well on the V6's (it's the V8's only that it doesn't work well on).
As for the Mopar PCM....none available for the V6's at all...and Hypertech doesn't make one either.
From the list you have...i'd go with the Jet next and then the under-drive pulleys. The electric fan is also an option but leave it for last so you can see how the rest of the mods work for you first.

You didn't mention if you had upgraded your sprak plug wires to 8mm. If you haven't start here.
A 180 degree thermostat will give you a few extra hp.
Anything on your list would be appropriate next. If you do the pulleys, you should do the fan at the same time becuase you have to remove it anyway.
If you get roller rockers, 1.7's will give you more hp than 1.6's. However, you will need to remove the oil baffles in your valve covers to get enough clearance.
I have heard that v6's see better results than v8's with JET chips, but I haven't run one so I can't say for sure.

Message: I still don't like Jet. I had one on a Ranger. It seemed to help the performance but after a year I started having trouble with my transmission (auto). After spending $ at the local dealer, nothing was fixed. I pulled the PTM off and the transmission problem was fixed. No more Jet for me.
