unfortunat for me, i have the stock 15x7" wheels and i want some drag radials. the BFG comp TA drag radial goes from a 235 and jumps to a 275. the nitto 555R has a even bigger gap from 205 to a 275!

soooo, do you think i can get away with squeezing the 275's on my 7" rim? i think i have seen somewhere that says 7" is the minimun and somewhere else says 7.5" is the min.

i know handling will suck, but i am only going to run them at the track. what do you guys think?

I have 315/35/17 on my stock R/T rims which are 17x9. The nitto site says the minimun wheel width is 10.5. they look really good and hook great on the street.

I have 275/50/15 BFG street radials on a 8" wheel and they are a little to big. Tire wears a little more in the center. I run them at 30 psi.

For track only you should be ok with 275. Most people run the drag radials at 18-20 psi.

The 235 would still work great. Both tire sizes will offer about the same traction.

Good luck.
