Ignore the Dak in this movie and just concentrate on the announcer telling you what the new Mustang just ran. No audio on your computer okay the Mustang ran a 15.8. I have never said that ALL Mustangs are slow and that Dak's will always clobber them. I'm just saying it is possible for a Mustang to lose to a 4x4 CC especially on the street.

If the Mustang driver was experienced I agree DBD shouldn't have had a chance, but if it only came down to the best possible performance of each vehicle then there would be no reason to Race at all would there? Ever done a mod to your truck that slowed it down? Ever run slower than your personal best? Ever missed a shift? Anything can happen at the track, running without proper timing and starting equipment amplifies mistakes.

Maybe DBD got away with a win he shouldn't have and maybe that's why he bothered to post it, because he knows there's no way in hell, on paper he shoulda won. So I am happy for the guy 'cause a win, is a win, is a win.

I got nothing but love for all Dakotas and all owners who love 'em. I don't think I'll post on this thread again.

Have a little faith.
Peace.

Middy.
