Hey everyone,
I was wondering what the best cat-back system for a 2001 Dak R/T CC would be? I am looking at the Gibson, are there any better out there? Also can I remove the third cat with no ill effects? We have strict emissions here in houston, tx.

I wouldnt suggest removing the 3rd cat, but if you wanted less restriction, try a free flow cat. Also, the best exhuast that I know of is MBRP's. They have 2 styles. check out their website at www.mbrp.com or contact Jonus - his website is http://www.premier-automotive.net/

the R/T already comes with a cat-back. it is a mopar/dynomax/gibson.. all the same thing.
a lot of R/T'ers go with flowmaster, or spintech because they like the noise. (neither do much for performance over the stock exhaust)
i would gut the 3rd cat, and leave the rest alone. gutting the cat will make it louder too.
