Does anyone know when K&N will release their GenII FIPK for the 4.7?
I wondering if this Z-tube intake is better than K&N's intake? Which do you guys think is better??

Anthony-I emailed K&N,they said they will have a FIPF for the 4.7 by spring or early summer.I am waiting for one.

Considering the FIPK isn't out yet I got a Z-Tube, and let me tell ya. It was worth the investment, and it looks so much better then the K&N. Just my $.02.

Upon questioning the butt dyno, its say's HELL YES....Like I stated in an earlier post, it looks better, sounds better, and performs a whole lot better than stock, I would recommend it to anyone looking for intake system.

I have the 2000 with the intenceperformance Ztube and the 9" filter. The kit is excellent. I love it.

IF ANY ONE HAS SEEN THE INTAKE THAT KENNE BELL USES FOR THEIR SUPERCHARGER KIT. YOU CAN DO THE SAM WITH OUT THE SUPERCHARGER. GO TO ANY INDUSTRIAL SUPLIE STORE AND GET 3" PVC SOFT TUBING. REMOVE THE ENTIRE AIR BOX AND TUBING FROM THE THROTTLE BODY. USE A THREE INCH HOLE SAW TO CUT A HOLE IN THE FENDER BEHIND THE HEADLIGHT TO GO BEHIND THE BUMBER. RUN THE PVC TUBING FROM THE COLLECTOR ON THE THROTTLE BODY INTO THE FRONT FENDER. STRAP ON A K&N FILTER CONE AND GET READY FOR SOME MASIVE COLD AIR...
