Message: Hey that's great! I was really bummed out until I
realized you were talking about 1/8 mile. I had my
first trip to the track 2 weeks ago, my best run
(1/4) was 17.6, but I got my reaction time down
from 1.2 for the first to .633 for the last 4
runs. Maaaaaaaan, Greg, a 440 would be awesome in
our daks! :)

Message: I have a brand-new, bone stock, 4.7 Quad Cab. 3.55, no limited slip either. With it being so hot and humid in florida i could not be more pleased with the performance so far.
R/T .598
60' 2.318
1/8 10.243 68.57 MPH
1/4 16.077 83.31 MPH
I want to run 14.00 at 100 MPH all motor, any suggestions? Remember, i want to stay NA.

Message: the only way you are going to do that with a QC, is to get a blower, or giggle gas.
matt MIGHT clock a 14.00, but that is with him beating the hell out of the truck, plus he has a RC 5-speed 3.92 gears, slicks, and ever bolt on that is made for the 4.7 (which isnt much) minus a blower or No2

Message: I've gotten a 14.8 @ 91mph out of my 00 4.7 5speed 3:92's, with a flowmaster muffler and Lakewood Traction Bars. I haven't been since I added my Home Brew Intake. The only way I see myself getting the 14.0 or 13's would be forced induction.
Sorry man, unless you stroke that thing out, get the stock heads flowin some serious numbers, and can rev to 7,000rpm's I don't see it happening.
My $.02
But.... It could happen, when the aftermarket evolves.
