Subject: RE: 0305 Error Code ??? IP: Logged
Message: WAIT a sec... P0305 and you relocated your iat. In other words you removed it from your intake manifold, either number 5 cylinder or number 4 cylinder depending on whether or not you have a V6 or V8 magnum engine with the beer barrle intakes or different depending on year model. From what I'm seeing here you have a V8? Then you installed some type of cheap cork plastic piece to seal the manifold?
I would say more than likely your number 5 cylinder is the one that originally had the iat in it's intake runner and your cork is leaking air past it. This is going to cause that whole engine bank to run richer resulting in rough running and also your misfire on the one cylinder. If it's not this, other things to cause this code are along the lines of what you have already tried, but inluding, sticking or leaking valves, bad injector, bad compression on that cylinder, restricted exhaust on that cylinder or on that bank in general.
Personally since you just did your mods then your engine problem presented itself, I would say look into your iat. Stick a short pipe bolt in with some thread sealant on it and see what happens.
Just some thoughts.
