Im gonna change to h.o. cams for my 4.7 but before i do i would like to know if anyone know what else i should get that would make this an even better power upgrade, or if there is anything ill have to change since im changing the cam like my pcm or something. any info would help thanks.

The PCM is always good to go with on the 4.7. Wish I had the money... Come to think of it I have had terrible luck getting stuff across the border.
