I am looking to buy a dodge dakota but i have a chevy camaro 1986 with a awsome engine in it but im having clutch problems. I need to fix them in order to sell this POS to afford a Dak. Please help if you can.

My clutch will not fully back off the flywheel. I blead the clutch and there was air in it but the problem is still there. I know im losing about 1 inch in pedle travel because of some slack. Should that be tightened up?

So im asking how I can get more travle out of the clutch. Right now the clutch barly disingages when the pedle is fully down. I blead it and the problem is still there.

Any suggestions.

Have you done, or had someone do, any clutch work to it prior to this? If so, I may have your answer.
