Message: I got the fan installed yesterday all so put on a new water pump. It wasn't bad to do at all I had to mount the fan side ways to get it flush against the radiator. I can't believe how much quieter it is under the hood now.
It feels like there is a little more power too. I want it to run only when the key is on but I didn't know what to hook it up to? It has two wires to hook to positive one is for high amp and one is for the ignition. I have them both hooked up to the battery right now. Have any ideas?
Thanks
Bob

Message: You need to run the one for the low amp (should be marked +) to the fuse box and high amp to the battery (marked B). I had a spare slot in the fuse box, on my Gen III that was hot only with the key on. HTH

Message: Phil, Thanks I wasn't sure if that + wire had to be a high amp or not. They said to use the wire in the kit that red wire is kinda big for the fuse box thats why I hooked it up to the battery.
Thank you
Bob
